What a four-goal game can teach about choosing space

FIFA Training Centre includes a five-a-side game with four goals in a youth session. Multiple targets create decisions about where to attack and how to make space.

ZTVmm observation: does the ball carrier look only at the closest goal, or recognise another option? A teammate moving away from the crowd may make a new route available.

Instead of stopping every mistake, ask which area looked more open. Invite players to describe what they saw before supplying one preferred answer.
